Executive Producer of New Business
Red Knuckles Animation is looking for a high energy individual with a go-getter proactive attitude for sales and a knack for business development, marketing and production. Existing contacts in the industry are a bonus, but a driven enterprising and motivating attitude is more important and can help build more contacts and better relationships in the long run.
Our company is stepping foot in feature and series development as well as continuing to establish our brand in advertising, so having an aptitude for spinning different plates is a prerequisite as we are diversifying into different sectors.
Base Salary + Tiered Commission as well as eventually being part of our EMI Scheme with vested share options.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new relationships with key members of the industry to establish new business and support existing relationships
- Focus on direct to brand work, feature/TV series development, feature/TV series animation production and any long form in general
- Identify new markets and opportunities for Animation or VFX production.
- Forging International Partnerships
- Responsibility starting from lead generation, to the pitching process and ending wherever you want, we keep it flexible
- Flexible work hours and physical location, we are not planning on re-opening the studio at the moment and have a high-end cloud pipeline and workflows that don't require a physical location
- Developing and implementing internal processes, workflows, and contact lists initially using our CRM and Airtable.
- Preparing sales presentations and marketing materials where necessary
- Attend regular social gatherings, awards events, industry initiatives and festivals both in the UK and overseas
- Manage a ‘Social Calendar’ and keep the company posted as to when important events are taking place
- Have a love for film, keep up to date with industry news and social media trends
- Be meticulously organised and hard-working with great written and verbal communication skills
- Eventually assembling and growing your own team
